To block availability for specific activity dates/times:

  1. In the Dashboard on the left, click Products > Scheduled Events
  2. Click the Actions dropdown and choose Details
  3. Click on the specific date you want to block off
    • To block the entire date, click the orange Close Date and an “X” will appear on the date
    • To block a specific time, click the blue Time Slot
  4. “Action for Time Slot” will appear, you can either Close Time Slot or Edit Capacity 

    

To block availability for dates across all activities:

  1. In the Dashboard on the left, click Settings > Closed Dates
  2. Click Select New Date select date/s to close
  3. Save Changes
