To block availability for specific activity dates/times:

  1. Click Products > Scheduled Events
  2. Click the Actions dropdown and choose Details
  3. Click on the specific date you want to block off
    • To block the entire date, click the red/orange Close Date and an “X” will appear on the date
    • To block a specific time, click the Time Slot then click the red/orange Close Time Slot


To block availability for dates across all activities:

  1. In the Dashboard on the left, click Settings > Closed Dates
  2. Click Select New Date select date/s to close
  3. Save Changes
