In order to make a manually added reservation, log into your account and click +Make a Booking. Navigate to Products > Scheduled/Unscheduled/Merchandise to access your various offerings. Choose your desired offering by clicking on the image.
Click on the desired date and corresponding time slot that you wish to make a manually reservation for. Select number of participants and click Add to Cart. In the “Checkout” section complete the reservations process by entering in the participant names and answering customer questions. Click Review & Checkout continue.
In the “Review” section finish completing the Buyer Information. You now have choices as to how you want to process the reservation:
Regular - Collect payment now: This option makes the reservation and allows for the processing of the credit card payment directly through the TRYTN platform with your linked payment processor account.
Reader - Collect payment now via reader: This option makes the reservation and allows for processing of the credit card payment directly through your Stripe Terminal Credit Card reader/s with your linked payment processor account.
Invoice - Customer pays later: This option automatically sends an email to the customer with an invoice link. Note that the customer has not reserved their place until they finalize payment through the invoice link.
Manual Add - Payment processed separately: This option makes the reservation with no money being processed. The space is reserved but the customer will still need to make payment the day of the activity.
