Once a reservation has been made in the system, it is assigned a Transaction ID. In order to look up details of a specific transaction, navigate to the TRANSACTIONS tab in the Dashboard. Here you can search for transactions in a couple different ways. Search by Buyer Name, Email or Transaction ID or by filtering a Date Range and sorting by Purchase Date, Activity Date or Refund Date.

Once you have found the transaction you are looking for, you can either expand the record by click the "+" to see a high level overview of the transaction. For a more detailed look at the transaction, navigate to the Actions tab and click Details.

Once in the transaction's Details page, you can easily find and edit necessary information by expanding the relevant section.
