Refunding a Purchase


In order to issue refunds, log into your account and navigate to Transactions.  In the “Search” box you can find the desired transaction you wish to refund by typing in their Name or Transaction Id. Navigate to the Actions dropdown and click Details to expand the specific transaction you want.




Once you’ve found your desired transaction, click "+" next to the activity name to expand the transaction’s details.  At the bottom of the page, click the orange Refund button to issue.  A box will populate to confirm you want to proceed as all refunds are final.
