Access Transaction details page from any of the 3 locations below:

  1. Dashboard > Click booking > Details OR
  2. Transactions > search transactions by buyer name, transaction ID or email address > Actions > Details OR
  3. Check In > Actions > Details 

Click "+" next to the activity name to expand the transaction’s details. At the bottom of the page, click the orange Refund button to issue.  A box will populate to confirm you want to proceed as all refunds are final.
