Sometimes weather happens or assets break down and you are unable to carry out a tour or activity. In these instances, you can quickly contact everyone who has booked the activity for a given date or time. (Or only specific specific buyers)


1) Click Dashboard booking

2) Products > Actions > Details > Select date and/or time slot

+ Send Message

Upon selection of this button you are prompted to select one of your Ad-Hoc email templates that has already been created. You will also see a preview of what the email looks like (both subject and message) that will send prior to sending. 

Once you have selected your appropriate template simply click Send and confirm details.
