Sometimes weather happens or assets break down and you are unable to carry out a tour or activity. In these instances you can quickly contact everyone who has booked the activity for a given date or time. Navigate to Products and select the product type you are looking for. In the table select the product you wish to communicate about and select Details.
Select the date (and if you wish time slot) of the given activity and you will see a Send Message button for the date and/or time slot.
Upon selection of this button you are prompted to select one of your Ad-Hoc email templates that has already been created. You will also see a preview of what the email looks like (both subject and message) that will send prior to sending.
Once you have selected your appropriate template simply click Send to send the message to every purchase.
