Enabling SMS text message notifications is easy and based on a per-user basis. In order to enable these notifications log in to your account and navigate to My Profile. Find the SMS Notifications section.
If you don't see this section please contact your account manager. Check the box Enable SMS Notifications and a Country and Mobile Number fields will appear. Please select the country of origin for your mobile number and enter the mobile number in the proper field.
You may notice the number changes format after you enter it. That is expected as your mobile number is required to be in a certain format in order to work.
Select Save Changes to complete this change. After around five minutes you should start to receive text message notifications for bookings.
If "SMS Notifications" are not visible on your TRYTN account, please submit a support ticket and request the SMS feature to be enabled.
