1. In the Dashboard on the left, click Products > Scheduled Events
  2. Click the Actions dropdown and choose Basic Settings
  3. In the “Product Details” section, click "+Add Sub-Description"
  4. Add sub-description Title and Text
  5. Check boxes to "include in email receipts" and/or "Private (hide from online booking):
  6. Scroll to bottom Save changes

In Sub-Description, you can add any information and:

  • Choose to  "Include with e-mail receipts"
  • Choose to "Private" (not shown during the booking process)
  • Add links to websites, documents, videos, etc.
