In addition to email notifications, TRYTN gives you the option to elect to receive text notifications when a new order is confirmed for your shop. The following article describes how users can activate or deactivate this option in a couple of quick steps.

Enable SMS Text Order Confirmation Notifications
If you would like to receive a text message when a new order has been confirmed for your shop, this is simple to set up! Start by logging into your TRYTN account, clicking on your profile in the top right corner of the page, and selecting My Profile.
From the My Profile page, scroll down to the section for SMS Notifications.
From here, click the checkbox to enable this functionality on your profile. When selected, you will see 2 additional fields where you are required to enter the Country (via dropdown menu) and Mobile Number (including area code) where text notifications should be sent.
Once this section is complete, select Save Changes at the bottom of the page to activate text notifications for this mobile number. Note: The attached phone number may be updated any time by returning to this page and editing the Country and Mobile Number fields, followed by clicking Save Changes.
Disable SMS Text Order Confirmation Notifications
If you choose to remove order notifications from the mobile device attached to your account, simply click on your profile while logged into your TRYTN account and select My Profile.
From the My Profile page, scroll down to the section for SMS Notifications. From here, de-select the checkbox next to Enable SMS Notifications and then click to Save Changes at the bottom of the page. All text notifications will be stopped at this time.
