Changing Your Password While Logged In
To change your password from within your TRYTN account, first, click on your name in the top-left corner of the page. From here, select the My Profile link (or just click here) and you will find the Password Reset option in a box at the top of the page.
Once on the Password Reset screen, follow these quick steps:
1) Enter your current password
2) Enter a new password
3) Confirm your new password
4) Click Save and you’re all set!
Changing Your Password Prior to Login
To change your password from the TRYTN login screen, simply click the Forgot Password link. You will then be asked to provide the email address associated with your TRYTN account and a password reset email will be sent to that account. The reset link will remain active for 24 hours, so you will need to repeat these steps if you do not complete the reset process within this timeframe.
Simply click the Reset Password link from your email and enter the following:
1) The email associated with your TRYTN account
2) A new password
3) Confirm your new password
4) Click Submit and you’ll be ready to login.
Password Requirements
Your new TRYTN password must include the following:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 special character
- At least 1 unique character
- At least 1 number
Note: You will receive an email from TRYTN confirming any password changes, to ensure it is you initiating this reset. If you ever receive an email when you have NOT made a change to your password, please contact TRYTN support immediately at support@trytn.com.
*When you enter the wrong login information multiple times in a row, you will be temporarily locked out of your TRYTN account as a security measure. The lockout typically lasts 5-10 minutes. You will then be able to reset your password.
