Affiliates Report Overview
To locate the affiliates reports for your shop, navigate to Reports > Affiliates from your TRYTN account.
The status of all affiliates is marked as either Active or Inactive in the Status column. To view the report for any affiliate, simply click on the View link in the associated Actions column.
A sample Affiliates Report is included below. There are four main sections of the affiliates report; each provides a different set of data about your affiliate: 1) Affiliate Details, 2) Lifetime Value, 3) Bookings and Breakdown, and 4) Transaction Details. Each is explained in more detail in the article topics below.
Note: Report details can easily be filtered for specific dates by selecting a date range under Filter Results.
Affiliate Details
The Affiliate Details section gives a high-level overview about the selected affiliate. This information includes the name, status (active or inactive), and commission rules (if any are set).
Lifetime Value
The Lifetime Value table shows the number of bookings and associated revenue an affiliate has brought to your business. In the third column, you will find the overall average order value (AOV) for the orders an affiliate has brought to you. And finally, this table provides the commission earned over the lifetime the affiliate has been representing your business.
Bookings and Breakdown
The Booking by Month chart shows how many bookings an affiliate has made per month so you can see which months are the most popular for your affiliate. If commission rules are set for this affiliate, you will also see the breakdown of commissions earned each month for the affiliate.
Last Booking Date indicates the most recent date the affiliate has booked an activity for your shop.
All bookings made by the affiliate are listed individually in a table at the bottom of the report. At a glance you can see the transaction identifier, booking date, and total of the purchase. Refunds are also indicated, as shown below, in red.
Transaction Details
If you click on a specific transaction from the list, you will see additional details about that transaction. This information includes buyer information, transaction details, status (paid or refunded), and commissions earned for this specific transaction. You also can see the products that were purchased in the transaction.
Clicking on the Transaction ID allows you to view the Transaction Details page (example below), where you can find even more information about a particular transaction.
