Customers Report Overview
To locate Customers Reports for your shop, navigate to Reports > Customers from your TRYTN account. This table includes a list of all customers along with their contact details, number of purchases, average order value and lifetime value.
To view the report for any specific customer, simply scroll or use the search field to locate them from the table and then click on the row for that customer.
A sample Customers Report is included below. There are four main sections in this report; each provides a different set of data about your customer: 1) Customer Details, 2) Lifetime Value, 3) Bookings and Breakdown, and 4) Transaction Details. Each is explained in more detail in the article topics below.
Customer Details
The customer details section gives a high-level overview of the customer. This information includes the name, email address, and phone number of the customer.
Lifetime Value
The Lifetime Value table shows the number of bookings and associated revenue a customer has brought to your business. In the third column, you will find the overall average order value (AOV) for all orders made by this customer.
Bookings and Breakdown
This section provides a chart that shows how many bookings a customer has made per month so you can see which months are the most popular for your customer.
Last Booking Date indicates the most recent date the customer has booked an activity for your shop.
All bookings made by the customer are listed individually in a table at the bottom of the report. At a glance you can see the transaction identifier, booking date, and total of the purchase.
Transaction Details
If you click on a specific transaction from the list, you will see additional details about that transaction. This information includes buyer information, transaction details, and status (paid or refunded) for this specific transaction. You also can see the products that were purchased in the transaction.
Clicking on the Transaction ID allows you to view the Transaction Details page (example below), where you can find even more information about a particular transaction.
