On TRYTN, you're able to generate custom manifest reports and assign them to your products to easily view or print the details of a scheduled activity whenever needed.

Create Manifest Custom Report
To create a custom report in which you can easily view all details for a particular activity, start by navigating to Reports > Report Generator. You will see the following screen where you can determine the criteria for your report.
To create a custom manifest report, you will likely want to enter the following:
Report Criteria: Select Participant to view report data at the participant level. This will include details not only on participants, but also on product(s) and transaction(s). As such, results in the report will be displayed as 1 row per participant, per product, per transaction.
Date Field to Search: Here you will select Use Activity Date in order to pull results for a specific activity, occurring on the date of interest.
Select a Date Range: For a custom manifest, scroll down to the bottom of the list to select Custom so you can enter the exact date for your activity.
Text Filter: To easily filter out all activities except for the one you're looking for, type in the activity name in this field.
Exclude Test Mode Bookings: Select this checkbox to include only true shop bookings (no results from test bookings will be included).
Available Fields: You can select any applicable data to include in your custom manifest report. Below are examples of data that may be most helpful when creating a custom manifest:
- Transaction Data:
- Booked By
- Buyer Name
- Buyer Phone
- Buyer Email
- Product Data:
- Start Date and Time
- Participant Data:
- Is Checked In
- Question Data: (includes example questions)
- Emergency Contact
- Pickup required
- Address of pickup location
As you find fields to include in your report, you'll want to move them by dragging and dropping them into the Fields to Include box. Add as many fields as needed and then select the order in which they appear in the report by clicking the up/down arrows on each field.
Group By Fields
You can utilize the Group By Fields to determine how results are grouped in your report. Fields can be added from the Available Fields box or moved over from the Fields to Include box at any time. Again, you can determine the order of grouping by using the up/down arrows provided.
Once you've completed all fields, click Generate Report to see all results listed at the bottom of the page. Then, click the blue Save Report button if you'd like to save your specific report settings to access again at a later date. Saved reports can be altered at any time and re-saved with different titles, if needed.
To save the report, start by entering an easily-identifiable name for your report in the Report Title field.
Then, select a Visibility option for your report. This setting determines whether the new report is Private (only accessible to you) or Shared with Shop Users (accessible to anyone with a shop login).
Finally, click Save Report and a link to your report will be added to the Reports page, under Custom Reports. Note: Any reports that only you can see are found under Your Private Reports, while any reports that can be accessed by all shop users are found under Business Reports.

Assign Manifest Report by Products
To assign your custom manifest report to scheduled products, start by navigating to an activity and selecting Actions > Advanced Settings. Locate the section of the page titled Selected Custom Reports.
From here, click into the open field to view a list of all shared reports that can be added. Select the report created for custom manifests (based on the report name your shop uses). You will see the report added in a green bubble, as shown below.
View, Save or Print Manifest
There are a couple of options for viewing, saving and/or printing a manifest report that has been assigned to a product. Instructions for each of these options are provided below.
STEP 1: Log in to your TRYTN account.
STEP 2: Select one of the options below to navigate to locate the manifest for your activity:
OPTION 1: Via Product Details Page
To access your custom manifest report from the activity's details page, click on Products in the main site navigation and then select the product type. Then, locate an active product and click on the desired event Image, or select Details from the product's Actions menu.
On the activity Details page, all dates with upcoming reservations will be designated with a Shopping Cart Icon (see arrow from example below).
Click your desired date on the calendar to view any upcoming reservations for that day. Then, choose the time slot of interest from the activity details overlay (shown below).
Look under Actions for Time Slot to find the Print Manifest button.
On the following page, you will see the Custom Manifest Report (example below) containing all fields included when the report was originally created. To save or print the report, simply right-click this screen and click Save As or Print.
