From your TRYTN account, you have the ability to block a product's availability for a specific time slot or even for an entire date.

Block Availability for Activity Date or Time Slot
To block out a scheduled occurrence of a shop activity (either for a full day or for a single time slot), follow the simple steps outlined below.
STEP 1: Log in to your TRYTN account and click Products > Scheduled Events from the main navigation.
STEP 2: Scroll to find the product you're looking for. Then, click the associated Actions menu, followed by Details.
STEP 3: From the activity's calendar, find and click on the date you need to update.
Once you've opened the detailed view for the date of interest (example below), see the following options to block either the entire date or just a specific time slot.
To block the entire date
Simply click the red Close Date button under Actions for this Date.
Once selected, the 'Close Date' option will switch to a green Open Date button (in case you need to re-open the date for your activity). Also, under Time Slots for this Date, you will see all available time slots will be marked as "Closed."
In addition, an “X” will appear on the calendar for this date to indicate the activity is closed on this particular day.
To block a specific time
For a date with multiple time slots, first select the Time Slot you wish to close (see example below), found under Time Slots for this Date.
From here you will see a breakout for this specific time slot with the option to Close Time Slot, found under the Actions for Time Slot header. Simply click the red Close Time Slot button. Once selected, this particular time slot will now indicate as "Closed."
In addition, an “X” will appear on the calendar for this date to indicate the closed time slot.
Re-Open Availability for an Activity
If an activity has been blocked for a particular date or time slot, you can easily go into your TRYTN account and re-open the occurrence.
STEP 1: Navigate to the activity from the main navigation via Products > Scheduled Events.
STEP 2: Scroll to find the product you're looking for. Then, click the associated Actions menu, followed by Details.
STEP 3: From the activity's calendar, find and click on the date you need to update. Note that all dates that include a closed activity (whether the full date or just one time slot has been blocked) will be indicated with an "X" found on the calendar for that day (example below).
STEP 4: Follow the instructions below depending on whether your activity is closed for the entire date or for a single time slot.
To re-open the entire date
Simply click the green Open Date button found under Actions for this Date.
Once selected, the 'Open Date' option will switch to a red 'Close Date' button and all instances of this activity will be re-opened for booking on this date. In addition, there will no longer be an “X” on the calendar for this date.
To re-open a specific time slot
For a date with multiple time slots, first select the Time Slot you wish to open, found under Time Slots for this Date. Note: Any previously blocked time slots will be indicated as "Closed," as shown in the example below.
Under Actions for Time Slot, click the green Open Time Slot button.
Once selected, the 'Open Time Slot' option will switch to a red 'Close Time Slot' button and this time slot will be re-opened for booking. In addition, there will no longer be an “X” on the calendar for this date (unless other time slots on this particular date are still closed).
