Mailchimp has the concept of Custom Events, which are activities that occur outside of Mailchimp campaigns your user may take. TRYTN will send certain custom events and attach them to your contacts in near real time. Below is a list of custom events TRYTN sends and details about each event.

| Viewed | This event is sent when a known customer views a product on the public booking engine. |
ProductId - The unique identifier of the product viewed Title - The title of the product viewed TypeOfProduct - the product type viewed |
