To determine if you're an eligible partner, log in to your Google Business Profile and ensure that your company meets the following criteria:
- It appears on Google Maps
- It is listed under one of these business categories (which can be updated via your Google Business Profile): Tour Operator, Tour Agency, or Travel Agency. These categories don't need to be your primary category and can be added as secondary categories. Click this support document for instructions to update your Google Business Profile’s Additional/Secondary category.
After becoming an eligible partner, make sure your individual products in TRYTN are activated for Google Things to Do. Navigate to your product settings by selecting the specific product, then go to Advanced Settings > Integrations. Here, you will enable the option labeled "Is Exposed to Google Things To Do?" and select one price for each available time slot. Once all your products have been configured, it typically takes around 15 minutes for them to appear live on Google.
