TRYTN offers email notifications to alert account users of new shop purchases, refunds, and payment changes. These emails are automatically sent to the primary account holder, but you can elect other active users to receive them, as well.

Shop User Email Notifications

By default, TRYTN sends a shop's primary account holder a monthly product update email, as well as various email notifications when the following events take place:

An order is confirmed
A refund is submitted
Payment-related information is changed

Additional account users can be added to these email notifications if needed (see Add Users to Email Notifications). Account users can also elect to receive notifications via text message (see SMS Text Order Notifications).

Add User(s) to Email Notifications

To set up additional account users to receive TRYTN email notifications, simply navigate to Settings > Team and find the user you'd like to add in the List of Active User Accounts. Note: To add a new account user to this list, visit our Team article.

Next, select this user's Actions menu, followed by Edit.

Under Transactions, check the box labeled Receive Purchase Notifications.

Finally, click Save Changes to apply the changes to the email notification list and the user selected will begin receiving TRYTN purchase notifications via email. Note: You will need to complete these steps for each individual who should receive email notifications.

Remove User(s) from Email Notifications

To stop an account user from receiving TRYTN email notifications, simply navigate to Settings > Team and find the user in the List of Active User Accounts. Select the user's Actions menu, followed by Edit.

Under Transactions, uncheck the box labeled Receive Purchase Notifications.

Click Save Changes to apply the changes to the email notification list. The user that was updated will no longer receive email notifications from TRYTN.
