Sometimes a business needs to close all capacity for a given period of time. Instead of going through every product and closing out each individual date and time slot, TRYTN gives you the ability to close the entire shop for a select date range. This functionality can be especially useful for holidays, or breaks during the off-season.

Add a Closed Date
To add dates when your shop will be closed, log in to your TRYTN account and navigate to Settings > Closed Dates.
On the Closed Dates screen select Add enter the date range when you wish to close your shop. Do this by clicking the Start Date and End Date fields and using the arrows on the calendar to select the applicable month, day and year.
You have the option to close off entire days or blocks of time within a day. As an example you could close the entire day of July 4th, or you could close 4pm on July 1st and reopen on 10am on July 5th. Below is an example of a date and time closure.
Next, click Save Changes and each day (and time) included in the date range will be entered into the field under Closed Dates. All products listed under the Closed Dates field will immediately become unavailable.
Remove a Closed Date
To re-open dates currently marked as 'closed' for your shop, navigate to Settings > Closed Dates.
Closed shop dates must be removed individually from the table of closed dates. To delete a date, simply click the Delete button associated with that date.
Any dates removed from the Closed Dates field will immediately become available for customers to book again.
