Copying Sales Data
In your FareHarbor account:
Navigate to Reports > Bookings > Booking Details
Select the desired date range for the data you wish to migrate. Click Generate to create the report. Download the report as a CSV file. Email the CSV file to support@trytn.com or your designated TRYTN account representative.
Note: If the report stalls or freezes, try generating multiple reports with smaller date ranges to reduce file size and ensure successful generation.
Migrating Outstanding Gift Cards
In your FareHarbor account:
Go to Settings > Gift Cards
Export the gift card data as a CSV file. Email the CSV file to support@trytn.com or your designated TRYTN account representative.
